ALIGNMENT & RISK MITIGATION

We prioritize alignment.

That's why our fund manager has personally committed to over $4 million to the strategy and takes a first-loss position on up to 10% his investment in the fund, putting real capital behind every decision.

We also maintain a $250,000 reserve fund to address any distressed loan scenarios proactively.

Additionally, all fund operations are overseen by an independent third-party administrator, who handles monthly bookkeeping and annual tax prep, resulting in accountability and transparency for investors.
